I would like to request removal of the usergroup "autopatrol" from Arabic
Wikipedia (arwiki). Now that arwiki has FlaggedRevs enabled, this usergroup is
not needed. (See URL field for link to announcement in local village pump.)
This usergroup is now empty. (All users who were in it were added to the
"editor" usergroup instead.) Thank you.
