"edit links" link is also shown on history view.
This can confuse people because existing langlinks are not shown on history
view. S.b. could think all langlinks are missing for this page because this
causes a empty sidebar section "In other languages".
As Solution "Edit links" link should be only added on views which also show
existing langlinks.
