when a picture is blocked by BadImages, no signs to suggest, that only an empty
HTML tags.
Add HTML comment to the output page source code, for example:
<!-- [[File:name.jpg]] is blocked, because it is out in the
[[MediaWiki:Bad_image_list]]. -->
and, if possible, add an showed red text tips (only in the preview) for editor.
