It seems that recently the software was changed so that now a locally
customized messages is always shown for all languages (instead of the previous
situation that it only showed up for the standard language of the wiki).
However, this should not happen for the qqx setting which allows to view the
name of the message, as it makes it more difficult to find out which message
exactly was changed, if you e.g. want to translate or change it.
