There was a discussion on the UzWP about namespace move and redirs:

Basically we need to move Tasvir: (transl. 'Image') and Tasvir munozarasi:
(transl. 'Image talk') to Fayl: ('File') and 'Fayl munozarasi: ('File talk')
respectively; old names would be kept as aliases.
Also new aliases for Vikipediya: - VP: and Vikipediya munozarasi: - VM: (akin
to WP: and WT: on the English Wikipedia).
