The Wikipedia icon is shown when you sign up for other sites (e.g.
MediaWiki.org). This is because the 'w' icon (modules/icons/W.png) is
hard-coded to Wikipedia.
A simple approach to fixing this is to use the favicon, but there are other
ways to do it.
