Visiting a non-existent userpage on the English Wikipedia (for example:
[[User:Mathewrbowker]] - which is a similar username to mine but doesn't exist)
and clicking the second bullet ("Search for "User:Mathewrbowker" in existing
pages of namespace User.") does not display search results but instead
redirects users back to the same page. Search results should be displayed when
that link is clicked.
