Students and faculty at Marquette University, Milwaukee have been unable to
access Wikipedia for most of the last week, seeing the standard "Our servers
are currently experiencing a technical problem. This is probably temporary..."
message whenever they try to log in or edit. The issue is not limited to the
University's IP address(es); the server still appears to be down when accessed
from student's home computers.
This does not appear replicable in my location (UK); I have access as normal. I
am reporting this on behalf of the professor in charge of the WEP course
running there and will forward any requests for further information to her.
