In any case, it works for me with my admin account that has no education-specific rights. I did noticed that the button was grayed out initially, but it soon turned black. (I tested on Chromium and Firefox, on Linux, in case there's some browser/OS-specific issue going on.) A transient problem, perhaps? I'm closing it as WORKSFORME.
