The error details text, which is added to the tooltip shown when trying to add
a sitelink, which is already added to another item have links to the existing
item and to the Wikipedia article. It would be more useful if they were parsed
and shown as real links.
See the attached screenshot. I am referring to the text "Site link
[[hewiki:ASCII]] already used by item [[Q8815]].", which appears at the tooltip
at the bottom.
