As an experienced translator translator, I want to always be able to
immediately open the translation editor for a message: wherever my cursor is
and whatever the scrolling status; without hovering the message to summon the
edit icon, finding it and clicking it.
In current situation the icon is always very small; and may be extremely far on
wide screens, or outside the screen with normal screens and medium-to-long
messages (see attachment 12012 and imagine it without full screen mode).
