for many newly uploaded Ogg Theora videos. TMH fails to create WebM
derivatives. It fails with:
[webm @ 0xc34460] Application provided invalid, non monotonically increasing
dts to muxer in stream 0: 33 >= 33
av_interleaved_write_frame(): Invalid argument
This issue has been fixed in upstream libvpx at
https://code.google.com/p/webm/issues/detail?id=468
Best option seams to be to backport libvpx 1.1.0 and apply the patch.
