After deleting and reinstalling the app, credentials are still stored in the
keychain so we don't pull up the login prompt.
We also don't refresh the initially-empty list, and you can't successfully pull
the 'pull to refresh' tab.
Workaround is to go into settings and flip debug mode on and off, but this is
nonobvious.
Recommend auto-refreshing if there are no items.
