librsvg has its problems in creating the SVG thumbnails we all see. Some users
would prefer just having their browser render the SVG for them. As not all
readers use a modern browser this should not be the default option but it would
prove useful to many users especially in the future when the share of users
with browsers supporting SVGs increase.
