Very recently, someone apparently made Gerrit notify issues in bugzilla of
patch sets. That's awesome.
When a patch set is present in Gerrit, the hey word "patch-in-gerrit" should
also be added. That not what this new feature des yet. Please add that, as the
implementation of the notification is not following convention now.
