Under Vector skin, a page like [[test2wiki:0.6563387770050797]] has, at line
157 of source, a h3 tag "Variants". This is bogus, since there are actually no
"variants" (I guess this is talking about language/script variants), and it is
probably very baffling to screen-reader users. This header should not be
output unless there are some variants to display.
