On the logon page
(http://toro.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:UserLogin?useAgora=1)the language is
defaulted to english for me. I have the green new account "Join testwiki"
button showing at the bottom of the screen. when i choose any other language, i
get the old logon screens with the hyperlink for creating an account at the top
of the screen and no green new account "Join testwiki" button at the bottom of
the screen.
