Seen on test2wiki. Checked in IE8/9.
On test2wiki in IE, bring up a random page and append "?tour=gettingstarted".
No "Ready to help?" lightbox appears.
GT is OK in Chrome and FF, although the "Ready to help?" lightbox seems to show
up after a slight delay.
