The option prop=coordinates returns wrong values for negative latitudes. Maybe
an error that results from converting the coordinates to decimal? See this
example:
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&prop=coordinates&titles=Manacapuru&format=xml
Returns: -3.29237, 299.375, but should return -3.29237, -60.624889
