Revise the first section of the notifications preferences to make it easier to
understand, as proposed below:
"Email settings
Send me: [ individual notifications as they come in ] (drop-down menu)
Send to: [email protected] | <Change your email address> "
This new wording was agreed to in our last discussion with Vibha and Kaldari.

This preliminary version is a bit confusing, because it has a very long title,
and the question that it poses is not really answered by the drop-down menu.
The new copy proposed above aims to simplify and clarify how to change your
email settings.
