CentralAuthUser::queryAttached() should probably cache the result
It would look like we have some duplication between queryAttached() and
loadAttached(). The latter is cached, but doesn't pull as much data. It
probably makes more sense to make them both use the same cached dataset, and
extra information can be "ignored" in the loadAttached() case.
