There's a report that when specifying "@zhy\$%84hsi3" as the database password
in the MediaWiki installer, the string is changed to "@zhy\\\$%84hsi3" in the
generated LocalSettings.php file, making the wiki database inaccessible.
I've not confirmed this bug.
