I got the advice the request for closure of WikiNews NL (nl.wikinews.org) over
here. I've held a poll for over two months. A large majority wants to close
WikiNews and it to be put in the incubator
again[http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposals_for_closing_projects/Closure_of_Dutch_Wikinews].
Nobody seems to be able to close down a project, since burocrats have no rights
to do so. So hereby my request to close WikiNews and put it into into the
incubator ~~~~
