I have created a fresh Precise instance in labs i-000006a8
(deployment-cache-upload-test6). The puppet run is sent to the /var/log/syslog
though.
On production we have puppet console sent to /var/log/puppet.log which is very
handy to tail when a puppet run is already running or we want to find out what
happened. It is main advantage is that it keeps the ANSI coloring which is not
the case in the syslog file.
