The new git commit dates in Special:Version are so long, that for most
extensions an additional line needs to be added.
The normal format in german also starts with the hour witch in this context is
not useful and somehow really ugly.
For me the dates now are not useful and only confusing. So I would like to have
the possibility to disable them.
