Gerrit can double autolink urls, putting stuff in the url parameters
For example:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/?curid=22151015
becomes
22151015" target="_blank">https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/?curid=22151015
Which produces the wrong output. More importantly its a tad scary from security
(However I don't think you can do anything bad with it).
Probably upstream issue
