There has been some recent spam for which I am wanting to write an abuse
filter. I (temporarily) restored a deleted edit, however, it doesn't show for
testing. I can reproduce this on a number of wikis.
From my testing, it would seem that a deleted and recovered file stops
appearing in standard RecentChanges (except in Deletion log)

What is needed is a means to test a deleted file, or an undeleted file in
AbuseFilter.
