The tooltip for the group selector row may be inappropriate. In the attached
screenshot you can see that that it's "{{int:translate-group-desc-eol}}", and
that is not very useful.
If it's a translatable page, then the link to the source page is shown as the
source code of a wiki link, for example "Translation of the wiki page
[[Special:MyLanguage/Technology|Technology]]." This doesn't look good on a
tooltip.
