Task: Automatic category suggession from set of used categories on concerned
wiki.
(The way bugzilla suggests automated summary)
Reason:
1) On wikis novice users are not aware what categories(category tree) are
already available and how to do categorisation.
2) Evan such experienced users who work random subject content creation are not
necessarily aware what is most appropriate category.
3) usually the patrollers are behind such users for getting the page properly
categorised , content creator is usually behind content creation and finds
frequent follow up patrollers defficult to understand.
4) I suppose this should be technically possible.
