Confirming this bug.

Normally if you type an interwiki prefix + : + something in the search box, it
will take you to "something" on the remote sight. The issue is that on
Wikidata, there could be a item with the label "Wikipedia:Important stuff" that
you are searching for, however the Wikipedia-interwiki-prefix will override
your search query.

As a sidenote, this isn't the first instance of interwiki-prefixes conflicting
with Wikidata, see bug 44536 comment 17.
