Neither. Comment #4 doesn't add any new information that hasn't already been
said, it's basically just a more clear restatement of the quoted text. LST's
self-closing tags are nothing special, and #tag should just automatically
produce a self-closing tag when there's no content. When that is done, this bug
will be resolved as FIXED.
