On the same line as "Username" there's the phrase "(help me choose)" with a
link to the Username policy to help users decide what username to pick. I like
this link, but the behaviour when I click on it is unexpected. When I click on
it I'd expect it to open in a new tab, or ideally show me that information on
the same page.

Instead I'm taken away from the account creation interface and to the username
policy page, with no apparent way back, which could stop people from getting
back to creating an account!
