When I go to
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&type=signup&returnto=Main+Page&useNew=1
and make an error (username is use, non-matching passwords etc), the Header of
the red error message is an the text "Login error" in bold. This isn't quite
correct because the user isn't logging in yet - they're trying to create an
account.
Perhaps "Account creation error" or words to that effect?
