MediaWiki's OAI-MPH interface is aged, but still the default interface for
getting a continuous stream of updates to dbpedia and lucene. Currently, we
support "raw" output (effectively, internal json blobs) and "lsearch" output (a
fake wikitext representation of entity data).
We should hook into the OAI-MPH interface to support all serializations
provided by Special:EntityData, to make it easy for third parties to get
updates of data contents.
