Jeroen from WMDE asked to be able to rebuild a job in Jenkins. It is not
possible right now since only members of the LDAP group 'wmf' are allowed to do
so.
We need to have a new group created in LDAP.
I have filled RT #5023 to request the LDAP group creation.
