We should detect VirtualBox / Puppet failures and prompt the user to submit the
log to us. The submission process should be automated -- i.e., the user merely
has to indicate their consent, and the log automatically gets sent for
processing.
If the volume of reports is low, we could perhaps use the Bugzilla API to
create tickets in the tools/vagrant component.
