I ran the rebuildall.php script from the command line. When it rebuilt the
recent changes table, it created several "log" entries for actions that would
not normally show in recent changes.
For example, it added several "Patrol Log" entries, which are normally
suppressed. In addition, my wiki has two custom logs that I use, and do NOT
normally show on RC. These entries also showed in RC after I ran
rebuildall.php
