I have "1 notice", "You are using an alpha version....".
1. Clicking the notice, it pops up.
2. Click the message contents, the popup hides.
"1 notice" remains. Maybe it will go away when I save the page I'm editing?
3. Save the page, and edit again.
The notice is still there, and even expands when the editor is started.
