Gentlemen, often one wants to be sure one will be editing the redirect itself,
so one
gives the URL with redirect=yes&action=edit ... but that ends up being the same
as redirect=no&action=edit.
E.g., at the bottom of
http://www.couchsurfing.org/wiki/Guest they have made a link
http://wiki.couchsurfing.org/wiki/index.php?title=Guest&action=edit
which is the best they can do, as there is no way to say "redirect=yes" and
have it work. Same with 1.16 SVN.
