Wikibase linkitem JavaScript tool's input (the tool which is activated in
Wikipedia for interwiki's input) is Case sensitive and it shows errors for
aliases like this examples:
en en
template:foo instead of Template:foo
Also it doesn't recognize locale namespace aliases for example:
fa fa
Template:foo instead of الگو:foo
