The new login form does not handle the messages 'loginstart', 'loginend' and
'login-https' (by default empty).
The community use them to customize the login form.
Maybe use new message keys to enforce creation of new text :-)
Otherwise I predict that some Wikipedians will misuse the standard messages for
their ideas...
