In Chromium, checkboxes don't get the Agora blue shadow when focused.
You can see this on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:UserLogin?useNew=1 if
you tab to the remember checkbox.
Checkboxes match the selector for
.mw-ui-vform > div input:focus
that applies the box-shadow, so I'm not sure what the problem is. It works in
Firefox.
