i wanted to (re-)add the interwiki prefix "RT" to (new) wikitech.
there is a classic interwiki table on virt0 in the labswiki database, so i
added it like in the past, but it doesn't seem to work.

Could we please install http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Interwiki ?
That would add a special page showing the interwiki table and making it easier
to edit it without having to touch the db manually.
That will probably only work though if we actually still use the classic
interwiki db table.
