when i resize the page for uploadwizard, the 'steps' bar(id="mwe-upwiz-steps")
can resize, but after a size, it doesn't response to me at all. and the top
personal toolbox(id="p-personal") will shadow the contents below...I use Chrome
I think it should support RWD to work well on every devices(from PC to mobile).
the 'steps' bar should resize, and after a size small enough, it should align
vertically instead of horizontally (because the width is too small to fit these
words on 'steps' bar)
