"I'm having a bit of a problem. I recently refactored the infobox from
ro:Țările de Jos (the Netherlands), and I filled in some Wikidata properties.
Most of them are OK, but when I used the P46 property (head of national
government), it returned the text q57792, as the article on Mark Rutte didn't
exist on ro.wp yet. I saved the page, and moved on to create a stub on Mark
Rutte, and to enter it into the corresponding item at Wikidata. Even though I
repeatedly purged the ro:Țările de Jos page, the property did not refresh to
take on the correct value. Is there a special technique to force a
