Several CC staff have tested the app and found that is not trivially easy to
figure out how to change the CC license or terms of the image they upload,
especially if they want to license the image under more liberal terms than CC
BY-SA, eg. using CC0 or CC BY. If this is not an option, we suggest it should
be, and that these options are clear and evident in the upload process.
