Here is the error messsage that appears after submitting on
[[:commons:Special:Import]]
PHP fatal error in
/usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.22wmf3/includes/Hooks.php line 132:

/usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.22wmf3/includes/GlobalFunctions.php on
line 3872 and defined

Page MediaWiki:Gadget-edittop.js already exists at Commons but this shouldn't
be an issue.
