The user "Translation Notification Bot" was blocked on svwp since it doesn't
take into consideration {{bots|deny=Translation Notification Bot}}, and most
likely doens't take {{nobots}} into consideration either. The user isn't a
normal bot per-say but since it's automatic and behaves as a bot to all
end-users it should follow the same guidelines as any other bot.
