For upload campaigns it would be nice to supply (via url) more than one
description in more than one language. A practical example would be uploading
images with pre-generated descriptions in both Swedish and Finnish.
It would also be desirable to have the option of passing a description which is
explicitly language neutral. Consider e.g. FoP/personality rights templates or
similar tagging. Again this would work best together with a second description
parameter in a specific language.
An even better solution would be to allow passing these "language-neutral"
parameters to the "other information" field.
