Currently, when you change the rights of a user at Meta, this can be done like
Special:Userrights/u...@metawiki or like Special:Userrights/User - this splits
what is really the same log into two, creating a transparency issue.
Please have Special:Userrights check if the @remotewiki is really the local
wiki, and if so, do the action and log it as such.
